Herbalism & Plant Medicine ~ Plants saved my life. I’m versed in adapotegnic, nervene, sleep, stress, digestive, women’s health. I’ve spent the last 17 years cultivating knowledge and experience with herbal medicines, and I’ve also trained and practiced psychedelic modalities.
Life Coaching & Conscious Relating ~ I participated and am certified in an 18-month / 500-hour practicum coaching curriculm. I have coached hundreds of clients and facilitated a multitude of conscious relating ceremonies and courses.
Life Experience ~ I am 51 years old, mother of two children, divorced, corporate leadership in sales and marketing for 22 years.
I drank alcohol nearly every day for the past 13 years and pretty frequently for nearly 36 years.
I had FOMO for people that quit drinking. I was under the illusion that if I stopped I would be miserable - as I had witnessed and participated with two people in my life go through 12-step programs. I knew that was not my path, but I didn’t know of any other way.
2023 was my heightened “awakening” but there had been many “Dark Nights of the Soul” since 2019! I’ve been delving into my spirituality, raising my consciousness, surrendering, letting go, cultivating self-love, trust & worth, attending retreats, ceremonies & trainings, traveled the globe - and the single most impactful action was choosing No Alcohol.
I am qualified! I’m highly experienced!
