Stop wishing for what you want…
GET IT!
Before we can truly harmonize with another, we must repair the relationship within ourselves.
This work is not about men versus women.
It is not about dominance, blame, or division.
It is about integrating the Masculine & Feminine energies that already exist within each of us.
The Masculine reclaiming his emotional depth, intuition, sensuality, and heart-centered Feminine (Anima).
The Feminine reclaiming her inner strength, direction, discernment, and self-honoring Masculine (Animus).
Through conscious self-love, embodied awareness, sexual empowerment, emotional honesty, and releasing shame and guilt — we begin returning to wholeness.
I understand the plight of the Masculine.
I understand the pressure, confusion, conditioning & disconnection many men silently carry.
I’ve sat in the proverbial Lion’s Den.
I’ve been the sole Feminine in many Men’s Circles.
If you desire to truly understand the Feminine — the Anima within yourself — this work is about helping you reconnect to your own depth, emotional truth, sensuality, and inner wholeness.
Not through shame.
Not through blame.
I’ve studied men closely and intimately — far beyond sexual relationships.
I’m nurturing & honest. soft & bold.
Through conscious self-awareness, embodiment, and self-love.
It takes one to know one.
I’ve lived many lives within this lifetime — corporate woman, wife, mother, divorced woman, post-divorce dating, sexuality, spiritual awakening, and the courageous act of following my heart into the unknown.
I know what it feels like to break free from the prescribed life.
To awaken from numbness.
To reclaim Wildness, Sensuality, Truth, and Self.
I’ve navigated many paths on this journey and gathered a vast reservoir of tools, experiences, and perspectives along the way.
If you are desiring to awaken your own inner Masculine — your Animus — this work is about helping you cultivate self-trust, sovereignty, confidence, healthy boundaries, and deep self-devotion.
Learning how to fully show up for yourself first.
