Before we can truly harmonize with another, we must repair the relationship within ourselves.
This work is not about men versus women.
It is not about dominance, blame, or division.
It is about integrating the Masculine and Feminine energies that already exist within each of us.
The Feminine reclaiming her inner strength, direction, discernment, and self-honoring Masculine (Animus).
The Masculine reclaiming his emotional depth, intuition, sensuality, and heart-centered Feminine (Anima).
Through conscious self-love, embodied awareness, sexual empowerment, emotional honesty, and releasing shame and guilt — we begin returning to wholeness.
I understand the plight of the Masculine.
I’ve studied men closely and intimately — far beyond sexual relationships.
I’ve sat in the proverbial Lion’s Den.
I’ve been the sole Feminine in many Men’s Circles.
I’m nurturing and honest. Soft and bold.
I understand the pressure, confusion, conditioning, and disconnection many men silently carry.

I’ve lived many lives within this lifetime — corporate woman, wife, mother, divorced woman, post-divorce dating, sexuality, spiritual awakening, and the courageous act of following my heart into the unknown.

To reclaim Wildness, Sensuality, Truth, and Self.
